Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50!
Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 days of receiving payment, and you should receive it within two to five days. We typically process and ship orders the same day if received before 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday).
We proudly offer international shipping services to over 200 countries and islands worldwide. However, free shipping is not available for international orders at this time. Nothing means more to us than providing great value and service to our customers. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering service beyond expectations anywhere in the world.
How Do You Ship Packages?
Packages are shipped through USPS or FedEx. We also offer standard flat-rate shipping at $8.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries around the world. However, some locations may not be eligible for shipping. If you happen to be located in one of those areas, we will contact you.
What About Customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the item has shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimates:
- The United States: 2-5 Business Days
- Canada, Europe: 2-7 Business Days
- Australia, New Zealand: 5-7 Business Days
- Mexico, Central America: 5-7 Business Days
Please note that the above times do not include our 1-3 day processing time.
Extended Shipping Times on Some Products
Some items may have extended shipping times. These times are indicated in the product description. Please allow between 13-39 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed, please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order.
Do You Provide Tracking Information?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed. You can enter your tracking number on our website to check the actual status.
My Tracking Says, “No Information Available at the Moment.”
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information available for your tracking number, please contact us through our message box on our website.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.

In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours and usually take 3-5 business days to deliver. Orders from the warehouse may experience a longer processing period and typically arrive in 7-15 days, and sometimes longer. These items will be specifically noted in the description.
